Client Service Representative
Description We are seeking a Client Service Representative in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry of Client Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for counseling clients on product/service offerings, coordinating equipment installation, and resolving customer inquiries. The role will also involve navigating multiple systems to research customer concerns and ensure optimal use of their equipment. Responsibilities: • Counsel clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of equipment. • Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries. • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. • Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes while maintaining high service performance and quality standards. • Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Exhibit proficiency in moving from one internal system to another. • Assist in training and product knowledge dissemination. • Maintain and exhibit strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Display organization skills and ability to multi-task, handling multiple priorities within established time constraints. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Requirements • Must possess strong customer service skills • Ability to create and manage documentation • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Office Suites • Experience in providing training on procedures and processes • Able to conduct research and compile data effectively • Familiarity with 'About Time' software is an advantage • Experience in managing and creating spreadsheets • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to counsel clients and provide guidance • Must be proficient in relevant business process functions and understand business units • Able to adhere to quality and performance standards • Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures • Familiarity with Chubb's products and services • Experience in detection and troubleshooting • Ability to work onsite when required • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel • Product knowledge to help clients understand the products or services offered • Ability to exhibit professionalism and maintain confidentiality • Excellent written communication skills for preparing detailed reports and correspondences.
