**Job Name : Client Service Representative (Banking)** **Location : Remote** **Duration: 5 months contract** **Note:** **9 AM – 6 PM ET (will start off with half days for training, 10 AM – 2 PM, for about the first 2 weeks, then go to full schedule)** **Job Summary:** **Notes:** + Fully Remote, anywhere in Central and Eastern time zones only + Overtime at ends of shifts, could be some weekends too, but will plan these, no surprises + The hours are same for all: 9 AM – 6 PM ET (will start off with half days for training, 10 AM – 2 PM, for about the first 2 weeks, then go to full schedule) **Responsibilities:** + Creation of financial documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products + Managing internal and external clients as well as checking the accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database + Candidate must be computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease + Must have Client service experience.
