Job Brief:
We are looking for a self-motivated learner who wishes to pursue becoming a financial advisory team member and to fill an operations leadership position in the future. This position will learn all daily requirements to acquire new clients, service existing clients, and what it takes to provide a world-class experience. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain customer service expectations, communicating with clients and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Manage customer needs, including money movements, trades, account onboarding, etc.
Conduct calls to clients to resolve any issues or to gain information to close out requests
Be proactive in researching complex client issues and collaborating internally to maintain efficiency
Adapt to new technology and learn to utilize multiple systems and resources simultaneously
Enhance clients’ financial successes by uncovering opportunities and identifying products and services
Execute trades and transactions appropriately and in a timely manner
Assist in financial planning advice by gathering and entering data, preparing and analyzing data to provide a preliminary financial plan and planning recommendations, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Mandatory securities licensing
Series 7
Minimum 3 Years Experience in financial services
Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills
Ability to navigate complex client concerns
Experience with financial planning software preferred
Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by Advisor and the FINRA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 11, and Sales Force
Specifically: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
