Now Hiring: Client Service Specialist Dog Grooming, Boarding & Daycare Center Do you love dogs and enjoy helping people? Our growing dog grooming, boarding, and daycare center is looking for a Client Service Specialist to be the friendly face and voice of our business! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, upbeat, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment. What You’ll Do Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, professional attitude Schedule grooming, boarding, and daycare appointments Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Check dogs in and out while ensuring accurate paperwork Collect payments and handle POS transactions Communicate clearly with groomers, kennel staff, and management Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area Assist with client questions, concerns, and service recommendations What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic computer and scheduling software skills Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations Previous experience in pet care, veterinary offices, grooming salons, or customer service is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
