Risk Strategies, a privately-held National Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management Firm with over 5,000 employees and 100 offices throughout the US and Canada, is seeking a collaborative and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our National Health Care Practice. The Client Service Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients by providing strategic and consultative guidance on identified collaborative initiatives, assessment of potential risk profiles and conducting policy audits, proposals and renewals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in servicing key accounts while prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate delivery of key objectives.
Your Impact as an Client Service Specialist will include:
Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding expectationsFostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in Applied Epic accordinglyNurturing professional relationships through the facilitation of personal client meetings and consistent client contactParticipating in the retention of renewal business. Interacting with the Account Executive and Account Manager to prepare coverage specifications, applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of insurance productsCreating client and prospect presentations in Microsoft Word and ExcelSupporting the implementation of new clients and lines of coverage by setting up accounts, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and CarrierResponsible for certificates of insurance, billing, endorsement requests, policy reviews and maintaining client exposure schedulesWhat will make you successful in this role?
3-5 years’ experience of Commercial Lines client management experience preferred but not mandatoryValid VA P&C brokers’ licenseCollege degree preferredProficient in insurance agency management systems, Applied Epic and Indio preferredPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp.
