Client Service Specialist
Willamette Valley Bank is seeking a personable and welcoming individual with a desire to build and foster relationships with customers, community members and fellow staff members.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
+ Handles basic account inquiries on phone and in person for existing and prospective customers
+ Assists customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and wire transfers
+ Works as part of a team to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
+ Displays commitment to financial success of customer and WVBK through diligence and adherence to safety protocols including confidentiality, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention

+ Exceptional customer service skills
+ Ability to work effectively on a team
+ Prior cash handling experience is preferred
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
+ Strong desire to educate and influence customer use of technology and bank products
+ Ability to always display professional demeanor
+ Critical thinking and problem resolution skills are required
+ Strong communication skills
