Client Service Specialist

Our High Net Worth (HNW) team provides an end-to-end client experience by partnering with branch teams
to provide ongoing client services including financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, and plan
implementation via expanding sets of Edward Jones products and services, and ongoing reporting and
support.
The Client Service Specialist will play a critical role in helping serve our high-net-worth clients. They work in
collaboration with the HNW team to serve branch teams, overseeing workflow and tasks across all project
planning phases. They will facilitate and coordinate tasks and provide administrative assistance in client
onboarding and ongoing proactive support, including escalations.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with the branch team and stakeholders across the Firm.
• Coordinate efforts within each phase of the project planning process, serving in the capacity of task identification, task tracking, and ownership of the project plan through completion.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing client information, scheduling meetings, and maintaining task organization.
• Serve as a dedicated connection point between the HNW team and branch teams and home office departments to triage all questions regarding this client population; maintaining ownership, driving accountability, and effectively collaborating with key stakeholders, to provide an optimal branch and client experience.
• Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating Financial Advisor and client needs and positively impacting the client's experience with Edward Jones.
• Provide ongoing proactive support through daily monitoring of the high-net-worth client accounts and coordinating with the HNW team to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests.
