Job Description:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in the dynamic Equity and Fixed Income client service team. The team provides primarily middle & back-office support to Italian institutional clients and various Trading Desks who trade across global markets for local customers. The role involves facing off with many different business lines, gaining exposure to a multitude of systems and departments.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role supporting our Sales Trading Desks as well as working closely with external clients, our back office, settlement teams and Client Relationship Managers. The team deals primarily with the booking, allocation and confirmation of Cash Equity and Fixed Income trades executed with our institutional clients based.
Additional responsibilities will include facing off to the Front Office, dealing with queries, managing priority clients to make sure benchmarks are met, ensuring periodic functions are performed in strict accordance with timelines and checklists, managing inbox queries and issues, following process control standards on all tasks and duties performed.
Responsibilities:
Performs set-up and maintenance of core data across client, account, instrument, and agreement data, and oversees data quality within key data platformsEnsures transactions are completed in an accurate and timely mannerProvides operational support for one or more activities within the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, trade settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral managementConducts daily monitoring of client trading activity across multiple markets, servicing clients' needsCompletes accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties, including reconciliation management and governance of trade fails and breaksPerforms tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environmentIdentifies and flags potential risks in a timely mannerWhat we are looking for:
