We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Client Service Specialist you will provide support to client facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation, including sending closing documentation to appropriate parties.
We will count on you to:
Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of such things as invoicing, quotations, calculations, complex and confidential documentation, etc.Ensure timely and accurate production of reportsManage and prioritize own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.Processing of complex transactions and resolution of escalated matters within SLAMaintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislationSupport Senior Account Executives/Principals with the development, implementation and management of risk management and insurance programs, which accurately address customer needsAdhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and proceduresBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for improvement within operational processes and work with colleagues and Operations Services Team Leaders to deliver improvementsWhat you need to have:
University degree in any discipline1-2 years administration experience desirableClear and concise oral and written communication skillsStrong numerical skillsExcellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) - Outlook, Word and ExcelEagerness to learnTeam player with a great sense of humour!Note - we are unable to support candidates on work visas so ideally we are looking for candidates that currently have their citizenship or permanent residency.
