Client Service Specialist (Graduate Opportunity)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Client Operations Team at Marsh New Zealand. This role will be based in Wellington, NZ office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.

Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardisation of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh. IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.

We will count on you to:

Consistently utilise required IT Applications to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficient workload management, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, quotations, renewal reports, and certificates of currency.Support high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative assistance to Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all clients and develop a thorough understanding of major classes of insurance offered by the company.Adhere to the Company's Quality practices and comply with relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.

What you need to have:

Ideally someone with 1- 3 years’ experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance related field High School Certificate or equivalentOpen to consider graduates with no experience in insurancePreferably with Level 5 Qualification or Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking LicenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to work autonomously within a multi skilled teamAbility to work under pressure, prioritize workload, meet deadlines and good time management skills.
