**Role and Responsibilities** + Handle inbound/outbound calls from Health Care Provider offices and our Client’s Sales Professionals. + Generate return labels using vendor portal and email to Health Care Providers and/or Sales Professionals + Open Help Desk tickets with return vendor and follow up to bring to closure as needed/required + Review and verify a high volume of documents per day to ensure required compliance components are present + Validate the quantity of product samples provided to office-based physicians throughdelivery slips as reported by physicians and front office staff + Update required field information as necessary in the system + Communicate task statuses and questions with management **Job Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree or graduate of any 4-year course. + Proven experience with high volumes of repetitive work requiring a high level of attention to detailAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy while working at a fast pace + Precise attention to detail + Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)Proficient knowledge of computer capabilities and PC applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook + Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and within a team environment + Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines​ + Must be a team player and able to work under time constraint. + Amenable to work on **hybrid set up and night shift** IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
