The Client Services and Accounts Management Associate manages client interactions and account servicing for assigned Ayala Land Premier real estate projects. This includes addressing inquiries, requests, follow-ups, and complaints, while ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and complete updates throughout key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services: Manages client communications via Salesforce, hotline, email, and meetings; ensures timely resolution of concerns and proactive updates on client milestones
System Monitoring: Tracks and evaluates cases through Salesforce and Access Ayala platform; ensures accurate documentation and client data management.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with Customer Relations, Amicassa, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
Reporting: Prepares regular reports and dashboards for internal reviews and committees.
