We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for one of the Chicago area’s top-performing Office Services teams. This role is critical in supporting new and existing clients while working directly with the brokerage team on business development and client management activities. What your day looks like Facilitate property tours, showcasing available space to prospective tenants Assist with the evaluation and drafting of leasing proposals for prospective tenants Assist with on-site broker open houses and other broker driven marketing promotions Actively participate in client meetings and phone calls with the brokerage team to maintain and grow client relationships and ensure high-quality and responsive service Create and manage market and competitive building surveys, prospect reports, market updates and lease analysis Conduct research on companies and executives who have real estate needs and assist in scheduling meetings and coordinate follow-up activities Foster business development activities to grow client base and market share which may include periodic travel to client locations Ad hoc duties as assigned What sets you apart Real Estate License: A valid real estate license is required for this role. Candidates who do not currently hold a license must be willing to obtain one prior to onboarding Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for this role Experience: Prior experience in commercial real estate, property management, or client services is a plus Skills: Excel proficiency required. Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
