Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support a retail client in Beaverton, OR. You will be a part of the Global Brand Imaging (GBI) team which support photo production for this clients massive ecommerce site. GBI provides compelling product imagery to elevate this brand to consumers. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be on the front lines of support, intaking all communication from GBI and their clients. This will focus on image readiness and asset sharing inquires from clients across the global. You will utilize reports and studio production systems that help support the business, from inbound tracking to image coverage, and ad hoc inquiries to help understand business opportunities. The position will also work with external studio vendors on support and with internal studio to fulfill production needs. The main photo studios that you will support, sit in Los Angeles, New York City and Shanghai. You will support anywhere from 15-25 requests per day and using a variety of systems to resolve issues, although most communication is through email.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years additional experience in lieu of degree
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: must always display patience, have a sense of humor and a helpful attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
- Self-motivated, results oriented, well organized with an ability to prioritize
- Comfortable with in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working on tight deadlines null
