The Role
· Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements
· Finding Solutions to complex and bespoke liceencing requests
· Assist clients on queries relating to software licencing, billing and contract renewals
· Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients
Software License Agreement
including dispatch of software licences and
processing of invoices
· Drafting quotations for new and additional licence requests
· Assist with client queries with the Senior Coordinator
The Requirements
· Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurised environment
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output.
· Excellent customer service skills with experience of dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
· Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
· Experience in interpreting legal contracts
· Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices
· Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven administration and organisational skills with the ability work on own initiative, juggle tasks and prioritise work.
· Preferred IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills.
· An eye for detail and excellence
· Proven to be an effective team member to contribute to their own team as well as other parts of the business.
