This position is essential for providing high-level support in stakeholder management and administrative coordination for a dynamic consulting environment. We're seeking a proactive professional who can take initiative and independently manage tasks with minimal supervision. The role will focus on ensuring smooth client communications, efficient calendar management, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders while handling critical administrative functions.
The Impact you’ll makeStakeholder Engagement \nFacilitate outreach to stakeholders and existing clients\nCoordinate client meetings and follow-ups\nManage professional communication channels\nHandle email management and responses\nCalendar and Schedule Management \nCoordinate meetings via Calendly\nSend meeting invites and reminders\nReview and prevent schedule conflicts\nBook travel arrangements\nAdministrative Coordination \nHandle expense reports and personal admin tasks\nManage document organization and file systems\nSupport data research initiatives (categories provided by client)\nMaintain organized digital systems\nMeeting Coordination \nAssist client with introduction calls\nHandle meeting logistics and scheduling\nSend meeting reminders and follow-ups\nCoordinate with multiple stakeholders\n
