Client Services Delivery Associate

About the team Aon is currently recruiting a Client Services Delivery Associate to join a high functioning dynamic team. You will support STG’s Account and Sales Management Globally. You will collaborate with various internal teams (including sales, risk, finance, senior stakeholders, global brokers, technology consulting, marketing and others), as well as clients. This role involves the prioritisation, review and management of processes for new contracts leading to contract execution and then supporting the ongoing management of the account including monthly software licence renewals. What the day will look like As a Client Services Delivery Associate, your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to: + Supporting the business team to ensure client contracts/documentation is prepared in a complete, accurate and timely manner in accordance with Aon standards. + Following our review processes to ensure draft documents are fully checked and signed off prior to execution using DocuSign + Drafting and issuing quotations, updating finance systems and Excel trackers accurately and in a timely fashion with excellent attention to detail. + Managing on-going account administration structures such as the Client Services mailbox and support for user requests, responding to queries and ensuring a consistent client experience + Maintenance of client account finances (change requests, billing and renewals, supporting business processes for on-time billing and follow ups) + Contacting clients in advance of renewals to understand their requirements and promote client retention + Support the processing of global sales wins in the Order-to-Cash system + Review and processing of software licences and consulting agreements following our policy standards and governance + Creation of PowerPoint presentation slides and graphics and attendance at legal priorities meetings How this opportunity is different STG is Aon’s new global consulting and technology business focused on, but not limited to, insurance and reinsurance companies and other participants in the insurance industry.
