Areas of focus will include:

Value Creation

Build trust-based relationships with Client Executives and team members Engage in strategic discussions with Sales and the SC&E organization to increase win rates and capitalize on strategic opportunities. Develop complex/transformational solution opportunities to grow the footprint Achieve financial metrics Bring innovation to serve WWT’s clients and increase awareness of WWT’s brand

 Business Operations

Actively manage the solutions portfolio from Sales through Delivery Create and update consistent reporting across all Solutions to accurately represent the business and provide valuable insights. Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies across processes and tools (e.g., leverage standard processes and template for Proposals, SOW, etc.)

 People Developer

Coach and mentor team members across the Solutions Consulting & Engineering team to increase skills.
