We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join our Global Services team based from our Glasgow or Manchester office.
The main purpose of this role is to provide Account Management Services to allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Portfolio this includes Captive Programmes.
You will also be required to manage the end-to-end process in accordance with the Global Services Department Guidelines on some Global Accounts. Working with Assistant Client Service Executives to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality is another key aspect of this role.
Where required, you will add timely processing instructions to our Multinational Account eXchange℠ - MAX℠ system and liaise with Credit Control, Reinsurance and local offices, so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems. The role also involves working closely with Credit Control, Chubb Global Network offices and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems.
