In this role you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts incoming to Chubb UKI and CE from our Worldwide Multinational network. You will be responsible for the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements and associated administrative within Chubb’s agreed standards across by adopting the 'right first time' principle (100% data quality checking prior to issuance & booking).
The role also involves working closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders where required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts Account handling and supporting Global Client Service Executive’s and Underwriters on relevant account/activities Make sure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes. Qualifications:
Native or advanced level in English and Spanish.Professional language skills in either German, Italian, Portuguese or French is a plus.Working experience within the Insurance Industry is desirable.Previous experience of servicing multinational insurance programmes is preferred.Competent in Microsoft Office.Strong customer service skills and customer service centric attitude, as well as attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.Problem resolution and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a team environment as well as an own initiative.
