Position Overview

As a Lead CSR, you will play a key role in managing our front-end operations, delivering outstanding client service, and supporting the hospital’s growth. This is a leadership role that requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a CSR, preferably in veterinary medicine. Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is required. Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering a top-notch client experience while fostering strong client relationships. Fear-Free Commitment: Embrace and promote the Fear-Free philosophy to reduce stress for pets and clients.

Schedule and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage front-end staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions, both in-person and via phone. Train and mentor CSRs to ensure high standards of service. Collaborate with the veterinary team to support the hospital’s goals and vision.
