Role/ Department:
Leading a team of Client Service Managers within the Investment Operations Outsourcing (IOO) Client Service Team (CSM Team), the Manager will have broad, in-depth knowledge of the business and complete work across the IOO client spectrum to assist and lead the CSM Team on a variety of tasks.
The Manager will work on complex, high profile activities and projects involving committees and/or senior management as well as working closely with the individual client specific CSMs and the London IOO Oversight Teams. The Manager will be responsible for the monitoring the KPIs and KRIs for the CSM Team, and the CSMs themselves will be responsible for individual and specific KPIs for all IOO clients.
The Manager will be expected to guide and assist team members with their career progression and carry out regular one-to-ones and annual Performance Reviews.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead and manage the London IOO CSM Team on a day to day basisEnsure all IOO clients are allocated to appropriate CSMsEnsure KPIs and KRIs for Senior Management are updated and provided as appropriateWork with individual CSMs to ensure specific client KPIs are completed as appropriate and follow up actions to these are completedEnsure any escalations from clients around IOO service levels or issues are appropriately dealt withWork with IOO Senior Management Team to ensure IOO projects and implementations are assigned to relevant partners in the CSM TeamWork with IOO & Shared Services Senior Management Teams, to ensure client escalations are resolved and trackedAnalyst trends across Clients & Business Teams, work with Change/Business/Tech leads to drive change and improvements.Attend relevant meetings and discussions on behalf of the CSM TeamCommunicate with the CSMs to ensure they are updated with relevant news and developments on IOO and GFS mattersCompete annual Performance Reviews for members of the teamEnsure regular one-to-ones take place with member of the teamThe successful candidate will benefit from having:
