About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team: S&P Global Platts is seeking a Client Service Manager who is responsible for an assigned client portfolio across Latam. The role involves client support, onboarding and relationship building. The Client Service Manager is engaged with Commercial and Client Development to seek client solutions and provide value-add services. This is an opportunity for you to take ownership of your accounts and nurture the client relationship with our diverse clientele. It also is an opportunity to learn more about energy commodities, price assessments and new industries such as Energy Transition. You can build a personal network with commodity analysts, traders and high-level executives. Other responsibilities include on-site support, product training and integration of Platts services within customer workflows. The goal is to facilitate excellent customer service as a value differentiator. Salesforce documentation is required for all value-add services (cases/activities). Become upskilled on current commodity news and channel partner platforms. Serve as team champion. Strategize with Commercial and other teams to discuss client needs, deliverables and feedback. Assist in growing the S&P Global Platts business by collaborating with Commercial. Responsible for client onboarding, product training, relationship building and client deliverables. Seek client solutions by partnering with Client Service, Editorial, Product, Marketing, etc., globally Travel and meet with clients to understand their view; share feedback internally as necessary. Collaborate with global Client Service teams on best practices, lessons learned, etc. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university English command written and oral Spanish command written and oral 3+ years of related work experience industry related work experience is required (finance, banks or trading) Additional Preferred Qualifications: Previous client support and/or Sales interaction. A self-starter who’s organized and willing to own a portfolio of clients. Time management and prioritization – managing multiple client requests, including product demonstrations, product training, and engagement documentation. Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively and succinctly, at all levels within a company. Knowledge of energy, commodities and financial markets. Ability to travel. ~40% travel time and meet with clients. Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, Quip, Zoom, Teams API and Technology understanding.
