Overview
Homes for Independent Living, a MyPath company, provides an array of service models in a variety of residential settings. We support people through individualized service plans that range from high personal care needs to those who present complex behavioral challenges. HIL is looking for a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM ensures the execution of the highest quality services and customer service for clients, guardians, families and funding representatives. You will provide day-to-day leadership, care plan implementation and management, oversight and support to up to 12 residential program sites.
As a Client Services Manager, you will:
Maintain quality systems, processes, and client services by providing oversight and support of assigned programsPerform HR management and professional development for assigned staffDevelop effective communication strategies between employees, supervisors, clients, client guardians, and care management teams.Oversee client service planning and collaborate on developing quantifiable success factorsManage the fiscal performance of assigned programs, investigating and accounting for variances from budget, and developing plans of correction.Promote compliance and standardization regarding regulatory, contractual and company standardsBenefits:

High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred3 years of experience overseeing multi-site behavioral or CBRF programs2 years of supervisory experience a in Human Services fieldValid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving recordFlexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and a high level of initiativeAbility to travel to different work locations, training sessions, and meetingsSuccessful completion of a caregiver background check, TB, and Health ScreenAdditional Information
