We currently have an opportunity for a Client Services Manager. Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in managing the on-site delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities management services to our school accounts in New South Wales. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Health and Education function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Delivers contractual and other business obligations. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and ensuring all service lines meet Quality Standards. This role is required to manage, motivate, and supervise the on-site facilities management team and subcontractors to ensure the schools receive the agreed level of service and support. The Client Services Manager is critical in developing and maintaining an effective working relationship with our clients and the broader contract team. The services include Cleaning, Waste Management, Estate Services (Building Management), Security Monitoring & Mobile Patrols, Pest Control, Utilities Management, Caretaker Services, Help Desk Services and Grounds & Gardens.What You’ll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in a related field (business, commerce, project management, construction, engineering or demonstrated equivalent professional training and experience). Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and effective supervision to staff. Well-developed professional organisational skills including the ability to coordinate works, determine priorities, schedule tasks to meet deadlines and effectively balance competing demands within a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the demonstrated ability to present information clearly in person and in writing, influence and negotiate, and to interact both discretely and effectively with staff at all levels. Previous management experience in a facilities management and education environment.More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
