Client Services Manager (ERP Experience Required)

**Job Summary:**
CTG is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager with strong experience in multiple ERP modules and vendor systems to join our CTG Managed Services team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and optimizing Workday, PeopleSoft, and Infor Lawson solutions and services to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology (preferably in a healthcare environment), resource management, customer service, and broad experience implementing, testing, and/or supporting financial, human capital management, and supply chain solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Client Relationship Management:**
+ Strong service orientation and excellent communication and program management skills while working in a highly dynamic environment.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
+ Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
+ Work collaboratively with client’s service desk and supporting teams (e.g., training delivery, security, infrastructure) to ensure seamless support.
+ Ensure all team members adhere to established service quality guidelines, and service level targets are achieved or exceeded.
+ **E** **RP System Expertise:**
+ Leverage expertise in Workday, PeopleSoft, and/or Infor Lawson modules (such as human resources/payroll, finance, and supply chain management) to optimize support services and approaches to providing high quality support
+ Directly manage a team of ERP Analysts that contribute to client system upgrades, customizations, and troubleshooting.
+ Collaborate with internal and client teams to enhance ERP support processes and
+ **Service Delivery & Support:**
+ Oversee the support of Workday, PeopleSoft, Infor Lawson, and supporting foundational systems to ensure seamless client experiences.
+ Mentor and work with application and technical teams to resolve system-related issues and implement enhancements.
+ Analyze performance data and reporting and translate into value stories for clients, modifying processes to support optimization.
+ Prepare and lead quarterly client business reviews reviewing performance and planning for future delivery.
+ Collaborate with clients and internal partners to resolve issues or escalations.
+ Manage client change requests and associated change orders, assessing impacts to client value and financial performance.
+ **Compliance & Best Practices:**
+ Ensure that all ERP-related services comply with associated financial and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
+ Stay up to date with vendor updates, industry trends, and best practices.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ **Experience:**
+ 3+ years of experience in a client-facing IT service management role, preferably as a Client Services Manager or Account Manager serving healthcare clients.
+ Hands-on experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and/or Infor Lawson Systems (certification is a plus). Strongly prefer experience with multiple vendors and modules.
+ Strong understanding of financial workflows (preferably in healthcare), ERP implementations, and system optimizations.
+ **Skills:**
+ Responsible for the professional development and mentorship of Analyst and Team Lead members, passionate about teaching, providing feedback, and offering growth opportunities.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders.
+ **Education & Certification:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Three (3) to five (5) years serving in a management or functional leadership role with supervisory responsibility, leading various ERP modules in either an implementation or support environment.
+ Hands-on familiarity with key systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, and Infor Lawson, and multiple application modules (supply chain, finance, human capital management). Certifications are a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
