Operational Efficiency:
Analyze and evaluate current processes for improvement Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Monitor KPIs and adjust processes to achieve goalsProcess Development and Improvement:
Design and refine operational procedures for optimal productivity Collaborate across departments to integrate new processes supporting business strategy Use data-driven methods to identify and solve bottlenecks and inefficiency Ongoing support to our CS team to make sure they are able to do their jobTechnology Integration:
Leverage AI, technology, and automation to improve processes Stay updated with industry trends and advancementsReporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management Use data and analytics to drive decisions and strategies Conduct regular audits to ensure process effectiveness and efficiencyWhat you have:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Technology (or equivalent experience) CSM or equivalent experience (at least 3+ years) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills SAAS B2B experience Familiarity with SalesForce, JIRA and Project Management tools Leading Projects from to beginning to end Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Experience with data analysis and reporting toolsBonus Points:
