Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage logistics project activities for studies ranging from low to high complexity, proposing strategies, resolving issues, and delivering solutions flawlessly.Serve as the primary contact for Sponsors/Clients, ensuring seamless communication and strictly adhering to project timelines and requirements.Identify project needs, determine deadlines, and successfully implement client requirements while managing priorities and daily workload.Collaborate with internal and external clients in project work teams, attending meetings to review study requirements, discuss logistical issues, and analyze client concerns.Monitor and control services offered to clients, ensuring inventory reports, shipment tracking, and performance metrics meet project specifications. Conduct frequent meetings with the project team to maintain alignment.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with standard procedures, policies, and regulations, meeting quality standards and timelines.Prepare and train the project team as necessary, encouraging an environment of continuous learning and safety.Perform additional tasks as required to meet business goals and project demands.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably within a scientific or technical field.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.Knowledge of Latin American regulations is a plus.Dedication to achieving world-class standards in service delivery.
