Summary:The Project Support Administration (PSA) position is part of the Comparator Client Services Team.As a PSA, you will manage administrative tasks for your assigned client portfolio. Success in this role requires independent interaction with collaborators. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Sourcing Specialists, and Supply Chain Coordination Team to deliver services on time and meet quality standards.You will be the main contact for internal customers, assisting the Project Manager in choosing the best sourcing strategy based on customer limitations. Your role includes providing accurate information and communication for comparator projects, ensuring timely readiness for clinical trials.Essential Functions:Collaborate with internal customer/client-facing PM upon request to comprehend project scope and customer limitations. Record these aspects in internal systems and ensure accurate handover to the Sourcing Team for further processing.Assess alternatives from sourcing team, support the requestor suggesting the best solution (also comparing with official databases), and generate customer quote.Follow up closely with internal requestor until final decision is made and update internal databases as per requirement.Prepare/Collect documentation to enable handover of confirmed project to Supply Chain Coordination team. Follow up internally with Supply Chain Coordination team and QA team to ensure accurate update to customer regarding project advancement and completion.Collaborating with team members and partners, the PSA will be responsible for preparing quotes, reports and other information required by customers and internal collaborators.Support client facing PM with preparation of Customer meetings.Actively assist in preparing these meetings, including generating critical metrics and creating PowerPoint presentations on the key points to discuss.Familiarize oneself with TMO, BSD, FCS, customer and Suppliers T&C, policies and preferences.The above responsibilities should be managed by displaying the following behaviors/skills:Displays professional behaviors to handle conflict, resistance, and pressure.Seeks support from management to solve conflicting situations.Communicates orally and in written to internal customers in a clear message.Applies standard methodology for customer service and is adept at prioritizing tasks.Collaborates with department and organizational structures to get results.Complete plans to achieve goals.Solves issues independently by applying appropriate steps.Understands clinical development and the various collaborators involved in clinical trials, as well as Thermo Fisher Scientific's role in this field.Understands concepts and processes around comparator sourcing and can clearly outline customer needs.Understands and applies quality principles as per SOP.Understands concepts and applies good business practices.Supports client facing Project Manager to identify criteria for sourcing strategy and key information to position an offer with the best outcome.Being an ambassador for our company culture and mission by demonstrating our key values.

Experience:

Three years of relatable experience. Clinical Trial experience is desirable.Proven experience in an administrative role is a plusMS Office, digital literacy
