Job Description

Position Summary: 

Provide on-site or remote instrument maintenance, calibration, certification, and repair services, with a primary focus on troubleshooting and repairing instruments such as Agilent GC, LC, Single Quad MSD, and Waters HPLC/UPLC systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing and repairing these instruments while also overseeing project-related tasks as needed.

Essential Functions

Instrument Trouble Shooting, Maintenance and Repair Perform routine and emergency maintenance on Agilent and Waters instruments. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime. Ensure instruments are calibrated and functioning according to specifications. Project Coordination and Management Manage AMS-Contract projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations. Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to manage resources and timelines. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate service records and reports for all maintenance activities. Document and update standard operating procedures related to instrument maintenance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with strong knowledge of laboratory equipment.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrument repair, preferably with OEM training and experience with Agilent GC, LC, Single Quad MSD, and Waters HPLC/UPLC systems.

- Proven ability to diagnose and repair instrument issues independently.

- Good project management skills with the ability to coordinate service schedules, manage third-party vendors, and maintain service documentation.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
