What does this job do in general?
The role of the Senior Advisor is an integral one within the Client and Customer Services teams. The principal objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers. They are the first point of contact for the clients and customers, and they are responsible for the quality of the services and deliverables, and will manage and lead the relocation of VIP’s, managing both the household goods element and the destination services of their move to ensure it is as simple as possible for the customer. The Senior Advisor will provide guidance, coaching and instruction to the Advisors and Associate Advisors, and will support the Team Leader and Client Services Manager with the roll out of communication, process improvements and enhancements, together with planning the next phase of the team’s development.
