Description
Our client is a leader in the property management industry, is seeking a talented Client Services Representative to join their dynamic team. As the first point of contact for clients and tenants, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining communication, and addressing inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values direct interaction with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary liaison between property management teams, clients, and tenants, addressing inquiries promptly and providing accurate information.
+ Manage and resolve client/tenant concerns by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring thorough follow-up.
+ Process service requests, maintenance orders, and other relevant documentation in accordance with established processes.
+ Maintain client and tenant communication logs in appropriate databases or property management software.
+ Assist with lease renewal documentation, rental applications, and move-in/move-out coordination as needed.
+ Support property management staff with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, onboarding materials, and correspondence.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while delivering exceptional service.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve customer relationship strategies and increase client satisfaction.
Requirements
+ Previous experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in property management or a related industry.
+ Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI) is a plus but not required.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle complex customer interactions professionally.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and navigate multiple tasks.
+ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent tools.
