Client Services Representative
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Client Services Representative based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is within the insurance industry, primarily focusing on providing administrative support to the team, maintaining up-to-date systems, and offering top-notch client service. Responsibilities: • Assist with administrative tasks to support the team in various projects. • Ensure all systems are maintained and updated accurately. • Handle information and forward it to the account manager teams. • Play an instrumental role in maintaining and processing insurance claims. • Offer a high level of client service beyond typical call center support. • Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks and data management. • Contribute to the management of health insurance coverage and related tasks. • Assist with the administration of third-party insurance carriers. • Verify insurance coverage and administer related tasks. • Help the team to maintain an efficient and seamless customer experience. • Engage in the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations • Proven administrative assistance skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment • Knowledge of health insurance coverage, including the ability to verify insurance coverage and liaise with third party insurance carriers • Experience dealing with insurance companies, with a focus on managing and processing insurance claims • Familiarity with claim administration, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach to manage and track claims effectively • Strong understanding of various insurance coverages, demonstrating the ability to provide accurate information and advice to clients • Experience in processing insurance claims, ensuring all claims are handled promptly and accurately.
