About the Role

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our hospital, helping clients feel welcome and supported during every visit. From scheduling appointments to assisting with client inquiries, your role is critical to ensuring a smooth experience for pets and their families.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role; veterinary experience is a plus but not required. Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Team Player: Willing to collaborate and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Fear-Free Mindset: Committed to reducing stress for pets and their families.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends. Compensation: $16-$18/hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins/check-outs. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Support the veterinary team by ensuring a seamless front-end experience.
