Client Services Specialist

Assist the Senior Account Executive and Account Manager with all responsibilities for the assigned Production Team.  While many of the assigned tasks will not require a client-facing capacity, there will be times client interaction will be necessary.   Duties and responsibilities will vary based on the structure derived by the Senior Account Executive and Account Manager.

This position may have access to sensitive information such as PII and/or PHI.  As such, all Risk Strategies Education Practice employees sign and adhere to RSEP’s Information Security Handbook covering information security policies and procedures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop underwriting modules for each clientLoad procedural information related to the quote and bind process and properly track data in the identified process (currently set-up in Teams Tasks)Handle enrollment process with various individual products like Primary Accident PlansOrganize and distribute claims packets and process for MSA programsDevelop and send Welcome Packets to new and current clients when coverage is bound.Set-up and maintain claims portal with up-to-date information, send monthly loss reports and load to claims portalSet-up new schools and /or users with claims portal and provide tutorialWork with assigned TPA to set-up client access to specific claims lookup system.Invoice and track all premium for ICS and ancillary accountsAnswer email, telephone calls, and/or written correspondence in a timely manner, documents all client interaction and updates client service logs.
 

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous customer service and data entry experience preferredPC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong written and oral communication skillsSound problem solving skillsAccounting or health insurance experience a plus

The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $19.55 - $26.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
