This in-person role is perfect for someone with strong administrative and marketing experience, proficiency in InDesign, and a knack for managing budgets and reports. Why You’ll Love This Role: ✔ Competitive Pay: $30.60/hr ✔ Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM ✔ Work with a well-established team in the real estate industry ✔ Long-term assignment: 2/10/2025 - 8/2/2025 (potential for extension) Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Data entry and database updates 🔹 Managing listing updates & ensuring compliance 🔹 Marketing & design work (sending client gifts, updating materials) 🔹 Expense & marketing reporting 🔹 Handling listing agreements & paperwork 🔹 Coordinating marketing budgets & processing team vouchers 🔹 Ensuring mailing list accuracy & serving as the marketing/administrative point person Requirements What We’re Looking For: ✅ Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) ✅ Experience: 2+ years in client services, marketing, or admin support ✅ Skills: + Must have proficiency in InDesign (Photoshop experience is a plus!) + Strong organizational & tech-savvy skills + Ability to manage budgets & reports + ✅ Preferred: Real estate experience & terminology knowledge (Real estate license is a plus!) 💡 Important Note: This is an on-site role in Irvine, CA (no remote work).
