Job TitleClient Services Team Manager

What does a Client Services Manager do at Fiserv?

You will manage a team of 15-20 Client Support Specialists, providing day-to-day supervision of the team, including coaching, training, and development. You’ll work closely with Business Partners (Fiserv and Bank of America) to maximize revenue and increase overall portfolio profitability and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

Improve Client Experience through a sincere focus on process improvements, associate empowerment and soliciting feedback at every level.Align business goals with associate/client needs to create win/win situation.Build trust and instill confidence through ongoing communications with peers, manager, direct reports, and key stakeholders.Achieve all goals set for department and make a strong positive impact to the client experience.Focus on reduced Attrition (both Client and Associate)Negotiate effectively and win concessions without damaging relationships.

What you will need to have:

1 + years of experience managing, coaching, and leading teams located in multiple sites.Experience with project development and implementation.Merchant Services industry experience.High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.1+ years of coaching, training, and associate development in managerial capacity.

What would be great to have:

Bachelor's degree or 5 plus years of operations experience.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
