The Client Solutions Consultant reports to the Client Solutions Manager and is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers for Precision AQ’s products and services. In addition, this position is responsible for following up on warm leads generated via lead generation campaigns, tradeshows, web sites, other marketing initiatives and referrals. The overall goal for this position is to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and convert them to a highly qualified opportunity. As a strategic role that is accountable for sales growth as measured by SOWs and RFPs, this position will drive results via strong follow-through, solutions-based relationship-building and collaboration with the sales team.
Essential functions of the job include (not exhaustive):
Develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with the marketing and sales goals of the business Conduct research to identify potential customer segments and work with marketing/lead gen teams to develop targeted messages and campaigns Plan workflows for communications for activity across lead generation campaigns Be the first representation of Precision AQ, its services and products, to potential clients Move prospects through the buying journey Qualify prospects carefully and according to key criteria and hand off to Client Business Partners and/or Strategic Business Partners, where appropriate (target accounts/territories) Schedule meetings for Client Business Partners and Strategic Business Partners and set them up for success Ensure Salesforce is source of truth and keep up to the minute with communications Share best practices and lessons learned with other IS consultants wkly Deliver KPIs to team leader wkly Provides proactive suggestions on ways to improve the process, the lead quality and activity Research life science companies and bring new prospects and ideas forward to the team to execute Contributes proactively and positively to the growth teamQualifications:
Minimum Required:
BS in business and/or marketing or equivalent experience 2-4 years of professional experience Comprehensive understanding of life science or consumer goods customer experience and engagement strategies Proven inside sales ability and experience using a CRM system (sales force, Hubspot, ZoomInfo)
