**Summary:**
The Client Solutions Manager of Meta’s Greater China team is a solution-driver and business consulting specialist who puts our customers at the core. This is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, serve as a trusted adviser in marketing and advertising strategies, lead media planning and measurement for our diversified advertiser portfolio ranging from Fortune 500 corporate to start-ups. This role is embedded in the sales team to build executional and functional partnerships, use data and analytics to devise comprehensive solutions for our clients, and drive revenue by negotiating and optimising opportunities that deliver on our client’s business objectives.

Client Solutions Manager, eCommerce, Greater China Responsibilities:
1. In partnership with a Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Meta solutions to maximize client value
2. Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions
3. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
4. Drives product innovation internally with cross functional partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
5. Plan media and creative material structure and lead the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectives
6. Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Facebook solutions
7. Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
8. Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you
9. Manage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients’ advertising operation mode to meet business objectives
10. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)
11. Build and manage relationships with both C-suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies.
12. Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts

13. 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills required
14. Effective and innovative problem solving and decision-making skills
15. Experience working effectively with Cross functional partner teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
16. Familiar with manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
17. Demonstrated experience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
18. Demonstrated experience to build ongoing relationships with external clients
19. Experience Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
20. Client Solutions Manager will manage clients whose usual business language is Mandarin and English. Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for success in this role

22. Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, Customer Relationship Management) a plus
23. Understanding of the mobile app technology industry, the mobile app ecosystems, and the eCommerce business trend a plus
24. Experience with data visualisation tools or analysis tools and relational databases such as Tableau, Structured Query Language or Programming Language R a plus
25. Extensive experience as a Meta user and familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions preferred
