Client Solutions Manager, Retail
**Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth, expand existing client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. **Required Skills:** Client Solutions Manager, Retail Responsibilities: 1. Act as a product & insights expert, in partnership with Client Partner, to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners 2. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.) 3. Craft narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders 4. Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations 5. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership 6. Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments 7. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams 8. Travel as needed **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy or analytical consulting role 10. Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a focus on driving revenue growth and building relationships 11. Understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram 12. Demonstrated experience analyzing data in a variety of different sources, presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights 13. Communication and presentation experience, experience effectively articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences 14. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Experience in and knowledge of the eCommerce industry 16.
