Client Strategy & Communication Specialist/ Coordinator

The Client Strategy and Communication Specialist/Coordinator, as part of the Marketing Intelligence & Communications Division, works closely with three internal divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry) and external partners to leverage the customer database and implement digital CRM initiatives aimed at nurturing customer relationships and strengthening brand affinity. By understanding customer purchasing behavior and delivering brand information effectively, the role contributes to enhancing customer loyalty.

Candidates for the Client Strategy and Communication Specialist/Coordinator position are expected to plan and execute strategic CRM marketing communications based on CRM analysis and insights. This includes digital initiatives such as Email and LINE, as well as non-digital initiatives like direct mail (DM). Additionally, the role supports the Client Strategy and Communication Manager in building strategies, proposing the adoption of optimal tools and platforms, and contributing to the development of long-term communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Client Strategy and Communication Manager in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to successfully execute Email and LINE communication strategies based on the CRM database using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Work closely with social media team, marketing teams of each division (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry), and IT teams to plan and implement optimal targeting and content creation using customer databases and CRM programs, with the goal of enhancing customer loyalty.Lead daily operational tasks, including overseeing campaign content, managing the communication calendar, and providing directions to internal teams and external vendors.Coordinate closely with Client Strategy and Communication Coordinators and Assistants, monitoring and guiding their tasks.Communicate directly with local marketing teams and global teams to share insights and ensure smooth project execution.Monitor budgets and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.Optimize campaign execution by managing communication frequency based on data analytics, ensuring the reduction of unsubscribe rates and preventing customer churn.

Required Skills & Experience:

Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English skills (equivalent to TOEIC 830+).Experience in digital marketing, digital communication, or CRM-related roles.Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to negotiations and proposals.Hands-on experience with digital marketing, marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
