**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in managing corporate and group bookings, coordinating contracts, and supporting sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and special requests.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events, meetings, and stays.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and support business development efforts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
**What We’re Looking For:**
• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or sales industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian; additional languages are a plus.
