Sermo is looking for a Client Success Operations Associate who will collaborate with internal stakeholders including Creative, Campaign Operations, and Insights & Analytics to execute campaigns and fulfill all contracted deliverables. Your goal is to ensure overall client satisfaction by ensuring smooth and flawless execution of the campaign with effective and timely collaboration within the Client Success (CS) Team – you will plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities to ensure campaign goals are met or exceeded within the prescribed timeframe, parameters, and scope.
We are looking for a data-driven team player with a strong analytical and process-driven mindset. Ability to work independently with excellent communication and project management skills. English fluency, both written and verbal is required (any other foreign language (s) would be an advantage). Excellent organization, time planning skills with solid attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are key for the role. ResponsibilitiesBe the project owner who is responsible for assigned Pods projects, managing jobs in Salesforce, trafficking workflow within Salesforce, owning updating Saleforce, conducting list view and weekly status meetings with team Client Success Directors. Work in concert with your Client Success Director partner, adjust and adapt to meet and exceed project and client expectations.Develop project timelines and partner with a CS lead to ensure turnaround times align with client expectations and are managed accordingly.Data entry to ensure company records are up to date based on daily campaign development.Communicate clear direction and information to internal stakeholders throughout the campaign cycle (i.e., provide assets for production, route comments or edits, route tagging files, confirm deliverables estimates, QA pre-launch, review reporting, ...) QA the creative development, tagging, QA pre-launch, and reporting of the assigned projects. Support on Sermo studio projects in Tier-2 and Tier-3 accountsMedical-Legal-Regulatory submission processesCreative Development supportCollaborate with internal teams to resolve any technical or delivery-related issues Work with CS Team to identify and troubleshoot challengesSkills and Qualifications2-3 years of experience in project management, account management or marketing operations role preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or pharma environment is a plusUndergraduate studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline; Graduate studies are a plusFluent in English, both written and verbal (any other foreign language (s) would be an advantage)Data-Driven, excellent organizational and time planning skills with solid attention to detail, accustomed to working on a deadline-driven environment.Ability to work in a team, balance and prioritize multi-task, set prioritiesExperience working with Salesforce, MS Office, JIRA, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, VeevaVault or FUSE is a plusAbout:
