Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Success Executive with a strong background in employee benefits account management. This role is pivotal in ensuring PEO client satisfaction and success with benefits strategy and delivery, while enhancing AJG’s value. This role does not involve production or sales expectations. *Candidate must live within greater Denver area* How you'll make an impact Regional Leadership Lead the renewal process in the assigned region to deliver optimal solutions to PEO clients and co-employers. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align services with client objectives. Serve as the primary contact for benefits support, coordinating with PEO service leaders, benefits activation teams, and retention executives. Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Ensure compliance with local Gallagher office and corporate standards. Maintain up-to-date records in Gallagher and PEO systems. Client Relationship Development to Designated Book Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges. Act as a healthcare subject matter expert, advising on medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products. Research and analyze data to enhance client insurance offerings and recommend strategies aligned with business goals. Create and deliver comprehensive service plans to assigned PEO clients, ensuring benefit planning and strategy needs are met and exceeded. Manage client and vendor expectations to ensure timely delivery of requests. Develop referral opportunities and support service delivery across assigned regions. Train and Develop New & Existing PEO Client Service Team Staff: Mentor and train PEO service team members, fostering continuous learning and talent development. Develop and deliver training curriculum in coordination with the field broker team. Lead training initiatives during key client periods such as open enrollment. Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires, account management, and team resources. Drive and foster innovation, continuously seeking to improve current processes and procedures. About You Required Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years client service and/or account management experience OR- High School degree/GED with a minimum of 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience Current State Group Life, Accident, Health and HMO Insurance License Communication, Analytical, and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve problems and think independently. Develops professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor, and control workflow, with close attention to deadlines. Standards and Practices: Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within the Gallagher system. Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid financial acumen. Demonstrates composure, stamina, and resilience under pressure. Use of Time: Effectively manage and balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner and meets deadlines. Constantly seeks to improve personal efficiency and productivity. Clarifies priorities/requests and follows through on commitments. Customer Service and Business Strategy: Comfortably engage others in consultative discussions. Champion and reinforce the value proposition of the PEO solution to clients and identify opportunities to maximize enrollment. Proactively approaches issues that could impact client retention. Is willing to go the “Extra Mile” to achieve results that benefit the client, the Branch, and Gallagher.
