Zonda is currently seeking a Client Success Manager who will be focused on our Houston customer base.
The Client Success Manager will be tasked with helping the company grow by developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in the residential construction industry encompassing brokerages, construction, developers, financial, government, utilities, and marketing firms. This fast-paced position is best suited for someone who is self-directed and customer focused.

B.S. or B.A. desired3-5 + years experience in customer success or similar customer facing roleProfessional demeanor and organizational skills, a must Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly with clients,Strong technical skills and CRM experience required, preferably experience with SalesforceExperience with or interest in learning about the housing industry, specifically new home developmentExperience with or interest in building products and the manufacturing industryTeam player with a customer focused mindsetWilling to travel up to 25% within the Houston marketWhy People Love Working Here:
