Introduction to team 

The Client Success Manager primary responsibility is leading the creative production and implementation of media campaigns for hotel and destination marketing partners. In this role you will partner closely with our vendor teams to launch and manage media campaigns while providing a high standard of client service to our advertising partners. You will also work in close partnership with our Enterprise and Lodging sales teams to help meet and beat targets.

In this role, you will:

Partner with sales and clients, and other teams on campaign creative and production strategy Advise clients on preferred creative guidelines and products based on Expedia data and insights for achieving their campaign goalsParticipate in calls with clients to review and discuss campaign execution and strategic focus areas Coordinate campaign production tasks with preferred vendorsEnsure on-time campaign launches as well as ongoing monitoring of pacing and performance throughout the campaignOversee creative scheduling activities with the Technical Ad Operations Team using vendor resources for appropriate tasksConduct fundamental troubleshooting of production, delivery, or billing challenges as neededPropose and implement post sale optimization strategies if necessary to improve campaign performance or deliveryCollaborate with Sales to prepare post-campaign creative analysis when necessary Consistently meet or exceed relevant metrics established for the team, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of top quality serviceActively participate in projects to improve our operational efficiency

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or related field, or equivalent related professional experience1+ years of experience in marketing, media/digital advertisement, or related fields.Fluency in both Japanese and English languages requiredExperience working with MS Office applicationsBasic project management experienceAbility to work independently, handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines with confidence and easeStrong communication skills and ability to set expectationsA love of meeting – and beating – deadlinesStrong organizational skills: attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, creative problem-solving, effective time managementCapability to build strong partnerships and coordinate across other teams and functionsA growth mindsetExcellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
