The Role:

This is a busy and varied Client Support Administrator position which will involve providing support to the Client Support team. Responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to):

Monitoring the Client Support inboxTaking calls from clients and actioning requestsSending information to clients and updating information on the databaseOnboarding and offboarding clientsClient filingAd-hoc administrative support.

Candidate Specification:

Previous experience in an administrative rolePrevious experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience of excellent prioritisationExcellent attention to detailExcellent teamwork and strong communication skillsPrevious experience of liaising with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) would be highly advantageousPrevious experience in a like-for-like role is not essential as training will be provided.
