Job Title: Client Support Advisor
Location: Herndon, VA – hybrid
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Due to growth within our existing Customer Relations Team, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Support Advisor to join us on a full-time and permanent basis.
This position can be remote however, the ideal candidate will reside on the East Coast as there will be the expectation of travel to our Herndon office for onboarding and associated training.
About the role
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for both new and existing clients within the System Certification area of our business.
You will handle a variety of inquiries in relation to our ISO standards and certifications, providing an exceptional customer service experience through incoming calls, emails and web chat services.
Additional responsibilities include:
Resolve client inquiries or issues at first point of contact.
Manage shared email boxes and web chat inquiries.
Provide quotes to new clients or, updated pricing to existing client
Actively work to reduce client attrition by delivering an exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Operations teams.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Previous telephony experience.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to proactively problem solve.
A desire and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience of SAP or Salesforce would be desirable.
Previous experience of live chat or web chat would be an advantage.
Additional languages such as French, Spanish or Portuguese would also be an advantage.

The salary for this position can range from $59,500.00 - $80,500.00 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
