Client Support Analyst

About your role:

You’ll play a crucial role in client-facing support for our innovative core banking platform. You will handle complex and urgent client issues, leveraging your expertise to ensure swift resolutions. Your role will be fundamental in identifying root causes, building out knowledge bases, and leading support initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

Manage in-bound calls and chats from clients requesting assistance or reporting issues.Lead client support agents by assigning tasks, providing training, and following up on tasks.Manage service tickets for yourself and team members, ensuring resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines.Collaborate with product and development teams to identify the root cause of problems and offer resolutions.Assist in building out knowledge bases and documentation.Assist with release testing and conduct knowledge transfer sessions internally and with clients.Attend client calls to review outstanding tickets and provide solutions.Provide on-call and off-hours support as needed.

Experience you’ll need to have:

5 years of direct experience in retail banking and/or back-office operations.4 years of professional retail banking or back-office operations experience.4 years of experience troubleshooting software issues to identify root cause.4 years of experience working in a client-facing support role.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

4 years of technical knowledge and skill in JSON, Open Core API, SQL, and Postman.Experience in financial software support.Strong understanding of banking workflows.
