Client Support Associate

Client Support Associate will work closely with the HelixPay Sales & Account Management teams to ensure that HelixPay clients enjoy an excellent experience while using our ticketing technology through answering client questions and solving any client issues. Associates shall also track and summarize common questions and concerns of clients and collaborate with our product development team to continually enhance our technology. Associates will become experts on the leading event technology in the Philippines and will get to work with many of the leading event organizers in the country.

Responsible for Client management assisting with client's questions and concerns and solving basic operations issues. Track and summarize common questions and concerns. Work closely with the Operations Team. Communicate with users primarily via SMS, Messenger, and phone call. End to end processing of partner concern. Providing excellent client experience. Update tracker of client's concern daily. Monitor and assist events ticketing operations. Note: Not a callcenter/ bpo role.
